We make a continuous effort to ensure and improve the quality of all the work we do. However, due to the nature of laser engraving, it is possible for objects to become damaged or destroyed in the handling, testing, or engraving processes.
The types of things that can happen to an object include:
- Damage from Dropping or Mishandling
- Engraving Defects (too deep, too shallow, too light, too dark, not in the right spot)
- Burns and Discoloration
- Utter Destruction
In any event, should anything happen to your object while it is in our care, your sole remedy is to ask for a refund on the engraving service. We will evaluate the quality of the work and determine if it is defective. If we determine that the work is defective or that we caused damage to your object, we will refund any money paid for the engraving service.
In no event will we be held liable for the value of the object. Don’t bring us anything you couldn’t handle losing forever to a fiery laser mishap.
